Why I Built This

I've been exactly where you are.

I had the online business, the physique I'd worked years for, living abroad — exactly where I'd wanted to be. But instead of feeling it, I felt flat. A voice constantly telling me to do more, be better, that nothing was enough.

I remember sitting in my room working for 12 hours on a beautiful sunny summer day, telling myself I couldn't go to the beach. At the end of that day I thought — what have I even done.

That was the moment I realised how much my own head was getting in the way. The patterns and behaviours I'd built were the very things stopping me from enjoying what I'd worked so hard to create.

It didn't change overnight. But it started with noticing. Tracking my states, my triggers, catching the patterns before they took over. The more awareness I brought to them, the less power they had.

How The Daily State Method Works

Most coaches fix the surface. This goes underneath.

Every day you track your state morning and evening. Every week we look at what you noticed, what triggered a drop, and what you could have caught sooner. Reflection prompts and simple mindfulness tools are built in — nothing heavy, just enough to help you start seeing your own patterns. The more you notice, the less they run you.
